Jhanna
Jhanna

 


Jhanna (born in 1989) moved into her forever home in Arinj in May of 2018 after living at the Kapan Special School since 2010.  She has attended the Nork School for Deaf and Mute.  Jhanna loves communicating and interacting with people through writing and gestures.  Jhanna has been described as full of aspirations.  She finds joy in embroidery and knitting.  She is also an artist and her drawings have a special role in her life.  Much of her inner life is communicated through her drawings.  One of Jhanna’s favorite rhythms is watching the 5:00 pm news.  We have no information about her family.  






Arame
Arame

 

 

 

Arame (born in 1989) spent his younger years at Nubarashen and then moved to the Kapan Special School where he lived for around five years before coming to Warm Hearth.  Arame is conscientious, responsible and ready to help.  He takes pleasure in farming. Arame has a deep love for music.  He is a performer and sings with passion, skill and intensity.  Arame is familiar with the basics of shoe-making and carpet weaving.  No information is known about his family.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Artur
Artur

 

 

 

Artur (born in 1990) spent his early childhood in Nubarashen and then moved to Kapan, where he lived for twelve years before coming home to Warm Hearth.  Artur has never lived with his family, but is a social orphan.  As far as we know, his mother is still living.  She visited him once in Kapan.  Artur and his mother currently have no relations.  Artur is friendly and forgiving.  He has a contagious laugh and a big heart.  He connects easily with people.  He is familiar with cooking and carpet weaving. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kristine
Kristine

 

 

 

Kristine (born in 1993) was born in Ararat Marz and lived with her family at a very young age and is a social orphan, a common phenomena in Armenia.  Since then, she has lived in Nubarashen and Kapan before moving to Warm Hearth.  She lived in Kapan for eight years.  Kristine is responsible and diligent in her life.  She has a shy and sweet manner about her and is affectionate.  She likes to read, draw, dance and knit.  She is communicative and friendly.  She knows the basics of carpet weaving. 

 

 

 

 

 

Natasha

Natasha (born in 1997) came to Warm Hearth in 2018 after living in Kapan Special School for eight years.  Prior to that, she lived at Nubarashen.  No information is available about her parents.  Natasha is caring to others and has some beautiful, close relationships. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hrach
Hrach

 

 

 

 

Hrach (born in 1988) came to Warm Hearth in 2018.  He is joyful and positive and eager to help around his home.  He is close to the other residents and is dearly loved by our staff.  He was abandoned as a baby and no information is known about his parents.  He lived in the Kapan Special School for 12 years.  Prior to that, he lived at Nubarashen.  Hrach likes to draw.









Armen

Armen (born in 1991) came to Warm Hearth in 2018 after spending twelve years at the Kapan Special School.  Prior to Kapan, he lived at Nubarashen.  He was abandoned as a baby and has never lived with his family.  We do not have any information about them.  Armen enjoys solitude.  He loves playing with balls.  He also enjoys and appreciates participating in communal works. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Gohar
Gohar

 

 



Gohar (born in 1991) moved to Warm Hearth in 2018 after living in the Kapan Special School for twelve years.  She lived in Nubarashen prior to Kapan.  At a very young age, she lived with her parents and was later abandoned.  We have no information about her family.  Gohar has a rich and vivid imagination.
