These words encompass Warm Hearth’s ten years – reminding us that joy is large and deep enough to carry more meaning and stories within it than one might think at first.  The joy of Warm Hearth is not slight.  It is at times hard to come by.  It takes massive, heaving effort.  It contains celebrations.  It contains grief.  In the spirit of Doty’s poem, Warm Hearth is a “figure” that graces the world and shines.  It is a “heaviness, which is no burden to itself.”
